Hi, my name is Paco!
I’m a 19-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier. My foster mom says I’m the sweetest Staffie she has ever fostered (and she has fostered many). Inside the house, I’m very polite. I already have a bunch of commands (sit, stay, leave, place…) down. I’m not possessive with my food, toys, nor bed, and I only do my “business” outside the house. I also never bark! I usually go along with the rhythm of the household. If everybody is out working I will patiently wait and chill but oh boy, if they get back home and they want to play, I’m ready to give it my all.
My foster mom also says I’m a great cuddle buddy. We can just veg out and watch movies together on our couch. I’m very friendly with humans and any visitors that come to the house. My only downside is that I’m reactive to other dogs when walking on a leash. I need someone very strong and attentive to keep up with me. The good thing is, I’ve been training with an E-Collar and it seems to be working out great.
I can’t wait to find my forever home. Ideally, my dream home would be a home with energetic and adventurous adults and maybe some teenagers to play with me and help me release some of my energy, and of course, a family that’s willing to give me lots and lots of love, just like my fosters do.
