I am aware that volunteering for Doggie Bonez, Inc., will put me in direct contact with animals that may come from a shelter, be a stray, or may be an owned animal. Doggie Bonez, Inc., may know little or nothing about the animals past. In signing this form, I hereby release Doggie Bonez, Inc., their volunteers and agents of any liabilities related to the participation of any and all activities in which I participate from this date forward.
