Puppy love alert!
Courtney is a 13-week-old Shepherd mix, as mama looks to be Shepherd (all black with ears straight up), but we don’t know about her dad, so we cannot say how big she’ll be, maybe around 50 pounds. She was rescued from a horrible backyard breeder situation in Bakersfield who couldn’t keep this sweetie and her siblings. They lived amongst filth, eating whatever they could find, junk, leaves, and even dirt. When they arrived, they were covered in fleas, ticks, had worms, malnourished, and were living in a truck adjacent to the home. Shocking, to say the least! They are now eating healthy, getting stronger, playing like normal puppies do, and are now available for adoption.
Courtney is a beautiful, playful female puppy. She loves other dogs and has been having fun with the kids at her foster home as well. She’s the spunky one of the group and has personality plus. She’s curious, happy, loves to play with toys and bones, and would be an amazing addition to any loving family. She’s all puppy. We are shocked she has not yet been adopted.
It’s a blessing that we were able to rescue Courtney and her siblings. She will make a fantastic addition to any loving family! If you are interested in meeting any of these adorable puppies, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab so that we can schedule a meet and greet. She is also on all of our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.
